Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Vortex purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, and personal care products (for hygiene reasons).

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
